Enterprise and Supplier Development and Socio-Economic Development Programmes

All South African organs of state, public entities and companies that engage in business activities directly or indirectly with organs of state, public entities or other companies are required to comply with Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE).

The amended B-BBEE codes of good practice include the elements of Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD), and Socio-Economic Development (SED).

Our focus on ESD, and SED means that clients gain access to Subject Matter Experts that will review and formulate their ESD and SED strategies, design programmes that integrate into their corporate strategies, and skilfully execute them through the employment of project and programme management tools, techniques, and methodologies.

TTF’s solutions for ESD programmes include the recruitment and selection of suitable beneficiary SMMEs, entrepreneurship skills training and development, tailor-made holistic support for the SMMEs, coaching and mentorship, facilitating access to markets and funding.

SED programmes executed by TTF cover a broad range of categories including healthcare, education, community training and skills development, as well as arts, cultural and sporting development.
